| Members met on January
16, 1999 at the J. L. Scott Aquarium and Marine Education
Center in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. A tour of the
aquarium, presentations on marine and aquatic education programs
and a general business meeting were the highlights of the
day-long meeting.

discussion of a new constitution and set of by laws.
